CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to appointment. AutumnRaeEsthetics has made this policy text/call based. Please let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment if you will not be able to make it by texting (919) 499-7874 and we will gladly reschedule you!

NO CALL / NO SHOW POLICY

If we are not notified 24 hours prior that you are not going to make your appointment, this will result in a 100% charge of the treatment you are booked for.

LATE POLICY

BROW APPOINTMENTS: After 5 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we may not have time to accommodate your service/s and cancellation policy will be applied.

FACIAL APPOINTMENTS AND LASH APPOINTMENTS: After 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we may not have time to accommodate your service/s and cancellation policy will be applied.
